Navigation book: please help

Hi,
I am looking for a navigation book.
It is fairly old and is called something along the lines of
"let nature be your guide"/"let nature guide you"
Unfortunately I don't have any more details than that.
I would appreciate any help in finding it.

The other phrase (let nature guide you) seems to bring up a lot of gardening books.

However I think this book looks promising which I found by accident when looking
for something else a few weeks ago, though I haven't bought it yet... tempting:
