My second attempt at a belt

So a work colleague of mine has a birthday coming up and happened to mention a few weeks ago that he needed a new belt.

I decided to have a go at making another and I am very happy with the results.

It's a 2 inch by 52 inch and I have stitched and holed it myself. I have also managed to 'brand' it with my new buffalo stamp.

Feedback welcome.

Not bad..........I presume that's embossed cowhide & not real croc leather ...I really like your cape buffalo stamp too...

Yep embossed cow hide, I wasn't brave enough to try and take this off a croc

I'm still using minimal kit at the moment so my hole marking is being done with a fork or by eye and then an awl used to make the holes.

I must admit I like the buffalo stamp but wasn't sure how it would turn out but it wasn't that bad.

Next challenge is a belt for the mrs now she has seen how I do this.
