Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my latest creation with you. Another Mora-rehandling I did over the last few days. The handle is in oak, with leather spacers and an icelandic coin as bolster. Thanks for looking, any comment appreciated.

Looks sharp and functional. Really nice job. Is it hard to file a coin bolster like that?
It isn`t so difficult. First I use a piercer to make three dents to make drilling easier, then drill out three holes and file those out with needle-files. I got a bit carried away filing this one so the fit isn`t too good, unfortunately.

That's very nice work, TwoSocks. The handle is nicely proportioned to the size of the blade, and it looks as though it'll make a good little carver..........................atb mac

Only now i see i misread your comment. I read fit, where you wrote file... So the answer: no, not really. One currency is tougher than the other though.
