What did you use to texture the ivory? For a moment I thought you had done something really creative with a golfball I have a Dremel like tool and some mini HSS burrs and wondered if that would create a similar effect.

I am also curious about how you get such a tight fit at the blade/handle junction? This is the area I have had most problems with when doing hidden tangs without a guard or spacer to cover things up.
