Here's my first woodspirit - needs more work doing, but as he's already on his second nose I'm going to give him a rest to harden a little before I add details, smooth down etc.

I had nearly finished it when I chipped his nose off so I had to start over and go deeper. Consequently it took me about two and a half hours instead of the one hour it should've been.

Thanks guys - heere's the story so far - but the compulsion to keep tweaking is very strong.... do I keep going?

On the Banks of Loch Lomond
Nice very nice. I'm defo going to try these in the new year. I'm planning on making these and attaching them to trees in my local park.hoping people find them when out with their dogs and take them home. hopefully create a
wee bit of mystery of who's doing this etc
