My first canoe

Nice canoe, I'd like to give a try at building a canoe in that method once as well. Looks far simpler then the canoes I built. Did you have the canoe all the time outside while building?

It was tricky building it outside in one of Irelands wettest summers in years but I managed it by having plenty of plastic sheeting ready nearby.
I didn't have the space to build it indoors, but now that it is solid in one peice its kept safely indoors in my already crowded shed.
