Day Out My favourite place in the UK

As I'm writing this, it occurs to me that it would be nice to know about other member's favourite spots on these isles. (Mods, hint hint??). This one is of last weekend, admittedly not much bushcraft but it would certainly come under scouting for camp spots. Anyway, here is my favourite clip from 13th October 19.

Hay Tor Dartmoor for the view an climbing, but all the Moorland is good, I have hiked pretty much all of it so that must say some thing about how I feel about it.

Aye ain't it! the landscape kind of gets to you, some thing ancient here in are islands, I guess that's why we stay.

Here is someone else's picture of Newgale beach. In Pembrokeshire, stuck out in the Atlantic, wonderful rolling surf, warm water, astonishing sunsets and storms. I like all coastline, all of it. But this is a place and a half
