I like the mountain man breakfast on occasion; and have made several at meets it is a great and easy camp recipe to do and you can chuck what ever you want in it. Generally mine has sausage, bacon potatoes, mushrooms, peppers and sometimes chilies and of course eggs. it is a totally filling meal and will keep you going throughout the day.

Definitely a big boys breakfast. And the skillet does not need to be washed.
