Mora carving knifes

I have no experience with them myself, but many think they are very good. It all depends on how much carving and whittling you plan to do, and how much you can afford. I have a few Mora's and a Dave Budd hook knife, and they are great for the odd bit of spoonage and woodspirit carving that I do. I might invest in the Old Forge set as well, they look to be worth a punt.

Thanks for your help, I'm not very arty at all so was hoping to give it a go and see how I get on. I'd hate to buy cheap tools t make it harder than it needs to be and put me off, but on the other hand I'd hate to spend a fortune on proper knifes and them just be sat there when I can't do it hahaha.
