I'm looking for ideas as to what I can use these antlers for. I know that the tines are great for tool handles and such, but what about the paddles? I'm not an antler carver like this
http://www.alaskaantlerworks.com/antler_carvings and scrimshaw.htm ,but am wondering if anyone has a simple, relatively easy idea on what to use the paddles for?
I have two like this to work with:

The paddles are quite thick

It's such beautiful material, it would be a shame not to use it for something...

Buttons and Toggles made from this would make any item of clothing into something special - or a pouch - or anything that needs a closure.........

If you have the tools; May I be so bold as to suggest arrow heads? Shave off a scale about 3 X 2 inch and file it to a broadhead. They stay sharp and barring a direct hit to stone or other hard substance, you have a broadhead for life ;)
Edit for post cript:
Or a knife blade? (pic idea below)
