I purchased a MOD knife off of Shewie a few weeks ago, I've fancied trying one for a while and this one came up for sale. It was handled quite nicely by Shewie but I fancied rehandling it in American black walnut scales to match a Dave Budd blade I recently did.
I also tried to match the sheaths.
What do you all think?

Very nice work. A good sensible set that mate. I like to carry two knives, as I find that best for covering most of my needs. I like em.

I have only recently read about knife and sheath making, I am now fascinated.

I have 2 decent old carving knives which I would like to start with, cutting down the blades, re shaping, sharpening properly and making a sheath for each.
I have been trying to locate consumable materials which is quite off putting, Kydex, leather, rivets.

I can obtain easily a Clarke belt sander, hot air gun, proper 8 inch tool grinder, disc grinder/cutter.

Last week I was given 2 deer antlers for the future, when I can be more confidant.

I live in Warwickshire.
