Was lighting a smoke in the garden there while inspecting the damage caused by the falling apple tree.
I have one of those blue flame "turbo" lighters, the ones like a wee soldering torch.
As I let go the button, it caught the cap chain, between the button and the body of the lighter, locking it "on"... Chain was too short to allow the cap to go back so a little pulling and twisting was required.
Nearly did myself a mischief mind you.
