They live on samphire and other marsh plants - gives an amazing flavour . Like salt marsh lamb...but cows!

What does Eds mean it's not a pie without pastry! cottage, shepherds and keepers pie are truly wonderful British pies. They look good Red, God I'm starving looking at those.
