Making my own knife

Hi!

First post!

I have the training knife from Woodlore, and i love it!

But i want to make my own "propper" knife now!

Ive searched the forum, google, eBay etc but cant really find any good kits, but i remember seeing them before (typical!!)

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Also, check out Shing's (a member here and over on BB) page. He makes some amazing knives (very practical!) and a reasonabley priced kit for making your own. He even does sheath making supplies!

If you are looking for a bomb proof knife that seems more than capable of all tasks you can throw at it go for a shing!

This is not just one mod backing up another, but I am with Tom on this one try Attleborough, you can also look at Trek Direct who sell good blank blades, Tom has already mentioned Brisa and The Good Stuff who both pop into BB every now and again.

I have another link, but untill I have ordered something from them I will not post it as I don't know what the service will be like.

I don't know if Stuart Marsh is still making kits, I know he used to, so if you want a knife similair to a woodlore then you have at least three options (Shing, SWC and Stuart Marsh).
