Making a Bamboo gate or panel.

Looking for help from real bushcrafters.

I'd like to make a bamboo panel or gate using only the bamboo and a parang and Mora or puokko

No nails, wire, cordage, glue etc.

No drills, planes modern or traditional tools other than those 2 knives.

Or did you mean that you don't want to use modern cordage?

I should think something could be achieved using peg and socket joints using thin bamboo pegging into a larger bamboo frame. The frame corners are more tricky, but some form of rebate pinned together with fine bamboo should be possible.

When you say no drills, does that include a wooden bow drill? I think people often overlook the fact that you can drill holes with it as well as start fires

On the cordage bit you could use the bamboo itself using the outer bark paired down very thin and under a cm wide, then either use as is or leave in simmering water for an hour or to to really soften it,
