Prices on ebay for a Woodlore knife are somewhere between silly and psychotic. And this for a relatively new knife.

Marble's used to be regarded as one of the best - if not the best- factory makers of 'hunting' knives in the US. They are somewhat collectable. The old ones seem very collectable - here's one at over a grand (pounds!!! - over £2k dollars) :

Well it is a swing guard and an old one....But still. :yikes:
Its an American made one.A lot of the new ones are made in China
Like Randall and loveless knives they are investments and not for use :lmao:

I guess if a person is a collector......

Marbles does farm a lot of their work out nowadays. The stuff they still make in the US is usually their line of carbon tool steel knives. The manufacture of the rubber handle, stainless versions of those same knives are farmed out.
