Magic dust

Made some of this as Christmas gifts today
It's used either as a rub before cooking or a seasoning after.

Ingredients:

· 1/2 cup paprika
· 1/4 cup salt, finely ground
· 1/4 cup sugar
· 2 tablespoons mustard powder
· 1/4 cup chili powder
· 1/4 cup ground cumin
· 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
· 1/4 cup granulated garlic
· 2 tablespoons cayenne

Closest flavour equivalent would be a fajita mix.

Thought I'd share as it is most excellent! I doubled up the quantities and it created a large pickle jars worth.

I bought all the ingredients from Leeds market for about a tenner and could easily make another 2 batches.
