Lowa boots size?

Hello, please don´t laught. I know many people here use Lowa military boots.
I need your advised about the correct UK size for a pair of Lowa military or mountain boots.
My bare foot (without socks) is 26.3cm right or left.
Links to buy them as cheap as possible.

I bought a pair of 305's, as my foot is exactly 30.5cm long.
However, I found my toes bang into the front on a downhill. So I have just returned them for a size 315, which apprantly is a UK15. Which I find hard to belive, as I normaly where a UK13.
