Scoutstore used to have them on their site and still have a picture of one but I cant find it in the catalogue.

main reason i like the wegner is it has the scout fleur de le on it and i was thinking of gettin the scouts to ask parents for them.
bunt tip might be better idea for them tho
Edit to add- it has less bits on it than the victoronix one and the less on there the more the scouts have to improvise/pay attention to what i am trying to teach them

Aye Sam and I also realised the Forester is a locking blade which is probably not a good idea to be seen to be encouraging

A locking blade isnt concern i fully intend to eventually get them to buy their own clippers/moras or generic cheap sheath knife,
The problem i am encountering is that parents nowadays have bought into the knife as weapon line of thought(fact i am trying to teach thier little cherubs this is not true has gone past them methinks)
however a scout branded knife i think will be one step closer to showing the parents it isnt a weapon but a valuble tool.
