Thanks boozle but neither had sil-nylon in brown... I spent 30 minutes checking every single part of each site to find out it's not what I want.

Please, if anyone absolutely only knows somewhere, that would be great.

I had a look but couldn't find any either. Perhaps try contacting Lottie Lou (?) who did the HH group buy to get her contact at Hennessey. They do tarps in brown sil nylon, so there's a small chance they might be able to sell you some or point you to a supplier.

Thinking about it, I replaced my HH tarp with a hex fly so my brown sil nylon tarp isn't being used any longer. How much material are you looking for?

I think there's some sort of weid supply issue generally with brown for some really really weird reason.

I've bought brown sil from Ed Speer at hammockcamping.com
It'll depend on his current supply though.

Oh yes, on closer inspection it's 'soft PU coated ripstop nylon' they have in brown at Point North. I've made a tarp out of it and it's pretty good and lightweight.
