I'm after a leather tool roll which will take my carving bits and bobs, namely a couple of Mora spoon knives, a small sloyd, indian crook knife and possibly a DC4 and some wet & dry.

I've seen the one on Uncle Rays site but don't really want to spend that kind of money if I can help it.

There's lots of options I've seen but they all seem to have slim and narrow compartments for regular hand craving tools like chisels and gouges, I need a bit more room for the curved spoon and crook knives.

Anybody found anything suitable?

Having a custom one knocked up would make sense I think. Getting one with the right size pockets will be very tricky.

You'd have to unpick the stitching on those cheap ones to make bigger pockets.

Have you thought about Polymorph caps and a normal leather pouch?

Getting one top fit spoon knives is difficult - I made my own in the end as I could not find one with the right sized slots. Let us know if you find one!
