Looking for a leather craftsman

Hi all.

I'm looking for someone to make me a smallish leather pouch/wallet thing.

Its basically a zippered item with two slips pockets on each side. I have a picture of something similar on hand.

looking at thin stuff so its pliable, maybe 2mm. antiqued or black finish is fine.

Its to hold my mobile phone inside, and in the slip pouches a space pen, SAK and flashlight.

Anyone out there able to help or recommend me someone who could do the job for a not to stupid amount of money?
