Little walk today (Pic heavy)

Decided to go for a walk to a local woodland area, just on the other end of town (Oban).

Pic of our local golf course (Glencruitten Golf Course), i liked the patches of frost still in the shaded area's so took pic..

A view from near Dunollie Castle down towards the isle of Kerrera and sound of Kerrera..

Hmmm i didn't remember this being here last time i came here (Yrs ago) lol..

Sadly my camera died at this point so resorted to mobile camera after this lol..
My Honey Stove in use for the first time as burning twigs ect.

Part of my setup Dragon's Breath Kit from John Fenna and Forged Firesteel from Launditch1.

On the way back down i noticed these, Never ever seen any so big, was size of my head nearly the first pic.
I think they are Birch Polypore but not 100% sure.

Yeah im finally on holiday for 2 weeks then another week in 3 weeks time lol. So i plan on getting out hopefully up Glen Etive for couple days if weather allows me too.

JUST a bimble? beautifull countryside, sea and shore comlete with islands? i love oban in fact scotland in general. and heres me stuck in the exact (well 3 miles away) middle of the country, anywhere really nice is a mission!

Yeah! ya can get to many islands like Kerrara, Lismore, Colonsay, Islay, Coll, Tiree, Mull, Barra, South Uist from the ferry terminal here, also close to glen coe and miles of coastline. It`s not really that much
