Maybe the answer is, when they set up the new unit, they should be inundated with ornaments from all over the country... and plenty of door knocking.

Can fully understand a product taking a dive over a flaw... but that is what insurance companies are for... the consumer shouldn't be the one to lose out.

I've got a 4000 that I impulse bought off evil bay, never trusted it so it's sat in a cupboard for three years. At least I can throw it away now
