I received an order from LePrevo last week and one item, a stitching pony, was faulty (a knot which had a crack that only opened up when it was tightened).
I emailed them and they are sending a replacement on Monday without the trouble of me sending the original back.8)
Not many companies have those types of values any more! I am delighted with their customer service and will use them exclusively in future for my leather work supplies!
