Skeppshult in Sweden makes one. I have one, and it is quite nice. IIRC http://www.getout.se sells them

Aldi were selling some Le Creuset style things, Chinese, cast iron, cheap (around 25 quid) and pretty good. Don't know if they'll have a lot left but there were still some at our local store in Derbyshire last time I was there.
I think I'm getting one from here. Cracking site, looks like my next pay packet has gone! Thanks for the responses everyone.
