Get straight on to LePrevo tomorrow morning they've finally got hold of some european water buffalo hide, about 2mm thick but incredibly strong and with a fantastic soft feel to it.

It'll be Hungarian or maybe Romanian, but yes there is a European water buffalo.

i've found leprevo great. quick service and wide ranges of types and thicknesses. go fro scarred leather as its much cheaper and usaully only has a few small scars or marks on it which are easy to cut around or if you like they make it look distressed.

i think with leprevo, its how long you have been using them to, they really do go out there for me when i order of them, and have never waited two weeks for anything, there order system is a bit out dated i grant you, the identity store are great to, but if you buy a lot of leather the best thinkg to do is find a place that you can get to and pick your own.
