I give you the Celtic Crannog bag.
This is my interpretation of the bag remnants found at Loch Glashan Crannog site here in Scotland, dated approx 6/7c . Loch Glashan is on the west coast of Scotland, putting these bags in Dal Riata territory, so they are most likely early Scots Dalriadan in origin. Its the closest thing we can get to a leather bag indigenous to Scotland during the early medieval age.
I've scaled the original dimensions down to two different sizes of handy satchel or purse.
Ideal as a bushcraft satchel
Satchel is £135 delivered
Dimensions of the bag are 11" wide, 12" long , 3" wide.
Purse size is £100 delivered
Dimensions if the bag are 7.5" wide, 9" long , 2.5" wide.
I can also carve these for more decoration. PM me if interested
