Larger persons 3+ season sleeping bag?

How heavy are they and how small do they pack if you don't mind me asking?

Not sure off hand, not lightweight but they are a warm bag. Size wise it fills about half a Bergen if that helps. I love the centre zip, very easy to get in and out of.

Thats a weird bag. It's almost a sort of wrap around blanket type thing.

It turned up today - and I fit comfortably in it.

It's going to take some getting used to though - and definitely for ground use only. Can't see it working in a hammock.

Also I have a tiny tent - so think I'll have some fun getting into this thing while in there.

One thing I will say for it - it compresses down beautifully!

Got it shipped from the States in the end - cost about £120 with the shipping

Over here the only place I've seen that sells them is here :

And as you'll see it's that much more expensive over here. But it's three quarters the weight of most down bags I've seen. And still a bit cheaper than most shop bought bags.

Sorry - I should clarify. When I say shipped from the States I didn't actually find a supplier that would ship it. I sent a mate who lives in Philidelphia down his local shop and got him to airmail it to me.

And the price does include the import VAT.
