Large Spoon

Hi all
I found a lump of birch and decided to split it to make a large spoon and an oval bowl. Here is the spoon and the bowl will be posted soonish.

Thanks guys for the positive comments

I was a bit worried about the knots but the strength is amazing even with 'em. I gave it a brave bend and it never went snap so should be good enough for mash taters and carrots

I made one a while back only to have it crack when it was drying.
