Laplanders that become blunt can be sharpened. You just have to use a suitable cheap diamond file as the blade is so hard.

You can also chemically sharpen them in Jewson's Brick & Patio Cleaner as it's an acid, Chris Grant did a video showing the process a while back, a search of YouTube should throw it up.

If you want a spare blade, just walk in to a real hardware store(that's IRL, and not a cheapo DIY store) that carries any bahco tools and ask a sales person to order one for you. It worked for me. I know, I know, human contact, using esstablished distribution channels etc, I'm so old fashioned...
