Yesterday the water was off.

"Why havent they warned us?" I asked, and went up the road to where the waterboard van was...they were indeed fixing a leak.

I asked them why we hadnt been told about this, and they told me for minor things of calculated 6 hours they werent oblighed to.

Ho hum.

"So whats that and can I have some?" I ask, pointing to a case of bottled water in the back of the van.

So I carted home 10 litres of bottled water.

Victoria, needless to say, was not amused.

Shame it wasn't 10 litres of Vodka, they can cut our water off at any time if thats what they have in mind!:1244:

I think I might have asked who didn't oblige them to warn you! Also they may not be 'obliged to' but would it not be good customer relations to do so none the less? Seems a no brainer to me, that is, if they care!
