A good cheap fixed blade knife, got to be a mora or clipper. Look in the BCUK shop they have them there, but you may need someone over 18 to purchase it for you.
A good locking folder is the opinel.

I'd agree with Goose, a Frosts Mora is a good choice for a fixed blade, and if you do want a folder then an Opinel is a good, cheap option.

What were your reasons for getting ... ahem ... 'annoyed' with your old folder? Difficult to sharpen? Poor quality steel? Dangerous to use? (maybe a weak lock or no lock?)
Give us a little bit more info and we might be able to help a bit better, and recommend a knife that suits your needs. :)

So, basically your looking for a "throwaway" knife?

Hard to beat a good small kitchen knife. Some are had for around £5.

No im not looking for a throw away knife lol.
The last one i had had a crappylock and didnt fold that great and the steel was hard to sharpen. Im look for a fixed blade preferably, but im ok with an fold blade i its good.
I need "the knife" for general camp use, hunting mainly rabiits, making nothces etc with wood. I dont expect it to last a lifetime a year would be good.

yeh i like the look of the mora i think ill go with that, as im not far off beginner as in in im only starting to put things into practise i dont want to commit to an expensive knife so that one seems good enough.
