Thanks guys. Its a polar blade, 95mm. Ash burr and rose wood, brass and red spacers.

Just checked on brisa, white ash burl, thats what they call it, the bit i got is the same in there picture.
If you like rosewood your like my next knife, its a bit like this knife but the woods the other way round, with a whittler 80 blade.

Yeah I looked just now and I see you are correct but I would email Dennis and question it if it was me though as that's a nice straight grained piece of ash IMO.

As to being ash burl, as has been said it looks like strait ash grain, still looks blooming good, think I'll use some ash in one of my next knives.
Will you be making some sheaths for your knives, plenty of tutorials about on how to do it.

I picked the wood because i thought it looked nice bit of grain so not bothered if it was labled wrong lol i like it.
Yes will have a go at some seathes, i got a bit of leather, just need some die.

Theres nothing wrong with the wood just its description on the website you bought it from. I still think it looks good.
