Have decided my Back Of Draw knife is to be my daughter Phoebes first. It will be a while though until she can use it being just 4 and a bit. Still time to loose it again then!

I think it may be a while till her hands are big enough to cope with that beauty.
I'm off on holiday tomorrow and whilst were there, in France, it will be my eldest daughters seventh birthday.
As a present she will be given her second knife, a small Laap Puuko. She started at six with a rounded off Opinel and I must say apart from one occassion she has been pretty good in its usage.
