Kids one day carry recomendation

I am looking to get my 7 year old a mini pack full of toys (folding cup, fire striker, bird book etc) for her birthday. She is only 7 so I am not looking for anything huge but would like a good outdoors look about it as opposed to my little pony and all pink!

Any recommendations for mini kids packs, something decent quality but bearing in mind she will outgrow in within 3 years.

Try Gelert for a daypack.
We had a few from them while Junior was growing as they are pretty tough and not dear at all.
In any event get something in Cordura or ripstop nylon for light and tough.
Sea to Summit do a nice little foldaway backpack in cordura which could become a backup as
she gets bigger but is very strong for the weight.Maybe a bit pricy though.
Some good offers on Lowe Alpine at the mo from Field & Trek too.
