More than 40 years ago, I started cooking in a wok. Cleaver, flat shovel spoon and what I think is a simple forged ladle.
I, too, would like to see you do a forged spoon. Long shaft with your typically elegant wooden handle.
Interesting designs and beautiful objects. Paul Kirtley has just published and aricle on spoon carving on his blog that is worth looking at. I reckon it's about time I had another go myself to be in fashion!
