Thanks. Threads like this one are great drivers to seriously look after ourselves.
Bread is 12,00 years old, or more. There are no tricks = very straightforward.
Elegant artisan touches like these are all the more reason to do bread.

I've only made my own weekly breads for maybe 15 years.
I learned how to make pizza dough, bowl and a stick, long before that.
Baguettes with Italian Seasoning (aka Italian Mixed Herbs)are my favorite.
Focaccia with herbs and dripping with olive oil is easy to choke down as well.

A sweet dessert bread must go on my list. Not good bananas here these days. Internal rot.

Try pinapple instead of bananas. Tinned is best.

Ha ha, we got back in yesterday from Shopping in the nearest town to find the kids had cooked three loaves of banana bread, a plain one, one with fruit and one with choc chips, it was warm, light and fluffy and utterly delicious, I hope yours was as good, if it was you'll be a happy man!!
Thanks for sharing mate goodjob

When I saw the title "just out of the oven" and immediately below it the first photo, I thought "you need to check your oven!"
Then I scrolled down to the second photo. Looks yummy!!
