Just finished this

[Mesquite]

I've just finished putting my first handle on a knife. It's a Little Whittler blade from Bernie Garland with blue liners and and very appropriately Mesquite wood scales I'm quite pleased with myself as to how it's come out.

It's still got to be sealed and that's what I'd like some advise about as to what people suggest I might use for a final finish.

That's a nice neat little job indeed, How about good old boiled linseed oil?
Have you done a sheath yet, by the way?

Nice work mate , just keep giving it a wipe with boiled linseed oil and buffing off when dry until you get the look you want
