Just by way of a change..............

I thought I'd post a photo of my first attempt at a spoon.

Its made from Birch and its not much bigger than a tea spoon, but it feels nice to use.

Hopefully get to make some more when I trim the top out of our Silver Birch

Thanks for all the kind words, yes I've used it but its a bit small to eat from really.

Hopefully the next one will be a bit bigger and more usable.

When we were kids my mum had some little ivory(?) spoons which we used to eat our boiled eggs your tidy little spoon reminded me of them
