When im on a yomp i usually carry my pockets full of Haribo, Jelly cubes, and dried fruits enough to be eating a little bit every 5 minutes,always find if im eating constantly its keeping my levels up and keeps my mind of whatever i am doing,just try not to crash out on the sugar:p
