Hi Niels,
You must be as happy as the proverbial pig. Lovely looking blade, like the dark finish. You having any strange ideas as to the handle or staying traditional? (by the way the last photograph with the hatched cutting board in it gives a really bulgy 3D warped effect when I scroll the mouse wheel. I'll let you get back to giggling and drawing. But Remember Skippy's list #87. If the thought of something makes me giggle for longer than 15 seconds, I am to assume that I am not allowed to do it. You'll find the full list HERE.
