Or is it a recognised thing , Post Meet Blues Syndrome, whenever i get back from a meet apart from being tired, smelling like an old bonfire , needing a bath/shower etc , do others feel a bit down in the dumps for 12-24 hours or so ?
Then of course eagerly await ,posts, photos, vids etc which seem to give that little lift , so as you can confidently face the real world again .

Post Traumatic Moot Disorder? :lmao:

Having not actually been to any bushcraft gatherings, as such, I do know what you're talking about. you wonder where the next high's going to come from and if it will ever top how good the last one was. Nope, you're not alone in those feelings, just a case of enjoying the memories you have of actualy being there and experienced it.

I'll let you know how it turns out though, I plan on being at the moot in 2012 even if I have to stow away to get there.

I just get stuck into planning the next one, I find it passes the days/weeks until I'm back out again. Trying somewhere new each time helps too.

I usually go solo camping but i find that after a few days out I usually feel depressed for about a week and dont like being indoors much, it is nice to get home and have a bath though. I usually start planning my next trip or buy a nice new shiney bit of kit just to cheer myself up.
