Howya fellow forest folk.
I'm a disabled vet so my time in the wild is restricted somewhat. I do however have a lifetimes experience to share and am also very keen to learn more.
If I had to point to my specialist subjects they would be Navigation, sharpening [Japanese Waterstones] emergency medical intervention [I'm trained to a high degree, so whilst I would never give individual medical advice on existing issues; that's for your doctor to do] I can give advice on equipment you should carry and how best to use it.
I'm a pretty good fire maker as well, my dad taught me when I could barely walk. As he had from my grandad.
I'm a fairly affable sort of person, but I do have a VERY dark sense of humour.
