If you can make the case for maintaining an otherwise abandoned rail line, more power to you.

Narrow gauge, so it must be an ‘industrial’ railway, not for passenger use. The piles of timber indicate they use it to haul timber.
Many such railways were built for military use in the 1920’s and 30’s, to quickly mobilize the Armed Forces against invading Soviets.
