I wonder if you'd need a licence to actually fly though? I doubt you'd need one to plummet out of the sky. Anyway thought it cool enough so show off here. It's in a home assembly kit for too.

OH Yes!!! I'd love one of those. I'd say yes you'd need a license & I'd be worried about the sudden acceleration when meeting one of the fighters that train up the valley where I live that come screaming up at well less than the declared height!!
