I got bored tonight, so decided to cook on a Nova
On the menu tonight was Chorizo sausage soup/stew, with courgettes, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, galic, corriander, mushrooms, and white beans (butter beans in the UK), a bit of a Spanish influence here
This would cook well on an open fire, and apart from the sausage and spuds, you could use home dried ingredients without problem. Serve with rice/pasta and you have a belly filler meal which is also very cheap to make.
