been interesded in bushcraft for some time, but no experience and only a little bit of knowlegde.
want to learn more about the skills and knowlegde so that a can put them in to practise for myself.

You may not know it but you have achieved something unusual in your first post. Your count of posts stands at zero, which is well nigh impossible since you just posted a post! Obviously a skillful guy.

You asked about tips. Well, there was a thread that easily exceeded a 100 tips. So you would do well to focus on areas of particular interest. If you are interested in friction fire or tinders then I might be able to help.
