How to make pine tar soap?

Hi all - long time member (2004). Had to create a new account due to pesky hackers!

This one is for the soap makers...

I am wondering howand in what quantities to add, pine tar?

Also where do you buy your pine tar in the UK? I'm looking to make a bulk batch of soap.
