Yeah - you can make it any size. Mine was specifically made for the Billcan, but if you look at the other thread - a chap made one from the original plans (where I stole the idea), which is smaller, but equally useful.

Not sure about the weight - i dont have an scales, but maybe 400-500 grams. I used 2.5mm aluminium - which is quite thick for its purpose. I reckon 1.5mm would have done the trick, and made it much lighter... Still, lighter than carrying a stove and fuel!!! :D
